This policy explains what personal data nilkimtek.com processes, why, and what rights you have over it. It serves as our disclosure notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Rights available under the EU GDPR are set out below for visitors in the European Union.

This site processes only what you send us, plus the technical records the site needs in order to run.
Your name, company, email address, phone number, the product family you are interested in, and your message. These are not stored in a database; they are delivered straight to our company mailbox.
If you create an account we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only as an irreversible hash.
The one-time code sent to confirm your account is stored hashed, is valid only briefly, and stops working once used or expired. The number of attempts and the time of the last send are also recorded, to prevent abuse.
As on every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps access logs: IP address, browser and operating system, the time of the request and the address requested. These are used for security and fault diagnosis.
So that delivery problems can be diagnosed, we record the recipient address, subject and time of the last 30 emails the site sent. Message bodies and verification codes are never included, and the log discards older entries by itself.
Once a commercial conversation begins, company details, contact name and contact details are held in our internal customer-relationship system. That area is restricted to authorised staff and is not publicly reachable.
This site does no profiling and no automated decision-making for marketing purposes.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies only. There are no third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies: no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel, and no comparable tool is installed.

The data centres behind our hosting and email are located in the European Union, so your data may be processed outside Türkiye in order to provide the service.
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, verification codes are not held in plain text, and sign-in attempts to the admin and member panels are rate-limited. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to have it corrected if incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction; to require that such actions be notified to those third parties; to object to a result produced against you solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
If you are in the EU, the GDPR additionally gives you the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
