Seals Under Pressure. Never Under Heat.
Water-based cold seal adhesives bond to themselves under pressure alone, at ambient temperature. No part of the line gets hot, so chocolate, ice cream and other heat-sensitive products are wrapped without ever being warmed.

Cold seal is applied only to the seal areas of the wrapper; the pack closes under pressure, with no heat reaching the product.

NILSEAL CS 2100
General-purpose cold seal for the corona-treated face of opaque, metallised and plain polypropylene. Low foaming tendency and high blocking resistance.
General Purpose
NILSEAL CS 2105
Universal cold seal developed for high-speed packaging lines, for both mono and duplex film applications on the corona-treated face of plain, pearlised and metallised polypropylene. High adhesion strength and high blocking resistance.
High Speed
NILSEAL CS 2200
For both corona-treated and untreated polypropylene surfaces. A release lacquer is required on untreated faces.
Corona-Free Capable
NILSEAL CS 2300
For twist PET, metallised, opaque and PVC film applications, and for film-to-paper lamination.
Twist Wrap
NILSEAL CS 2400
For twist film-to-paper applications and paper lamination work.
Paper Lamination
Supplied in 60 kg drums, each batch coded and dated for full traceability. Store between 5°C and 25°C, and keep dry.
Film Layer Structure
Layer build-up of a cold-sealed wrapper. The release lacquer rides on the outer face so the reel unwinds cleanly; the cold seal sits on the inner face and bonds only to itself.
